Monday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday:  11:00 am - 7:30 pm

Thursday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm  
Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm 
Sunday: Closed

*We are closed for all statutory holidays. If you have an emergency outside clinic hours or during holidays, please visit a medical doctor at your local walk-in clinic or emergency department.

*We ask for your patience as we may at times be operating with reduced reception.
*If you are calling outside of our reception hours, we will reply to your voice mail or email the next day will are in-office.
*Practitioners do offer appointments at times that are outside of our normal reception hours, if it is an in clinic appointment, please come up at your appointment time and have a seat on the bench in the hallway, your practitioner will collect you when your appointment is to start.


Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our reception by phone 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment time during the clinic's business hours and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If a cancellation is not received during clinic hours of the previous business day 24 hours+ prior to your appointment time you will be invoiced the current cancellation fee which is 50% of your appointment fee. As a result all future appointment bookings will require a non refundable prepayment for the length of appointment scheduled which will be adjusted to the actual length of your appointment on the day and difference will fee will be collected at this time. Cancellations due to work conflicts with-in 24 hours are not accepted and will be invoiced our cancel fee.
