Mondays: 11 am - 7 pm
Tuesday: 9 am - 5 pm
Wednesday:  12 pm - 8 pm (appointments start at 11 am)
Thursday: 9:30 am - 7:30 pm  
Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm  (appointments start 8 am)
Sunday: Closed

New Reception Hours- Commencing October 1 2022

Mondays: 9:30 am - 6 pm
Tuesday: 9 am - 4 pm
Wednesday:  11 pm - 7:30
Thursday: 9:30 am - 6 pm  
Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 4:00 pm 
Sunday: Closed

We are closed for all B.C statutory Holidays.

*We ask for your patience as we may at times be operating with reduced reception.

*If you are calling outside of our reception hours, we will reply to your voice mail or email the next day will are in-office. Practitioners do offer appointments at times that are outside of our normal reception hours, if it is an in clinic appointment, please remain outside or in your car and your practitioner will call you to invite you inside at or just after the time of your appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our reception a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time during the clinic's business hours and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If a cancellation is not received during clinic hours of the previous business day 24 hours prior to your appointment time you will be invoiced the cancellation fee. If you need to re-schedule due to COVID-19, you will not be invoiced for a cancellation fee.

Winter Weather Alert: Please check the homepage of our website or call our clinic prior to your appointment should severe winter conditions occur as our clinic may be closed if driving conditions are unsafe for you and/or our clinic practitioners & staff.

We are closed for all statutory holidays. If you have an emergency outside clinic hours or during holidays, please visit a medical doctor at your local walk-in clinic or emergency department.
