Comprehensive Naturopathic Primary Care

We offer naturopathic primary care services to allow our patients to have a long term, consistent, relationship-based approach to their health. Primary care is your first point of contact for ongoing, whole-person healthcare. It includes comprehensive health assessments, routine physical exams, preventive screening, lab testing, and management of acute concerns like infections, injuries, or new symptoms. Primary care providers also support chronic disease management (such as thyroid conditions, diabetes, or high blood pressure), mental health screening, hormone care, and coordination of specialist referrals when needed.

Preventive care is a core part of  our practice. We offer lifestyle focused health care plans including nutrition, exercise and mental wellness. We may treat with many different modalities including dietary modifications, supplementation, botanical or pharmaceutical medicines, IV or injection therapies, or acupuncture to benefit long-term health and support improved health span. We love to see our patients annually for a wellness focused physical exam and health review. Patients may book anytime for acute concerns and follow up on current treatment plans. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department or urgent care centre.

Clinic Appointments

In-person care is available to all patients whom prefer a more personal in clinic environment. Please arrive prior to your appointment time so reception can check you in and ensure your patient information is up to date in our system. In clinic appointments are required for your second consultation and also for any appointments concerns that require an exam or in person assessment so we can provide you with the safest and best care possible. When you arrive, please check in with reception or scan the QR code posted on our website or clinic entrance. If you are feeling unwell, please wear a mask and call reception upon arrival. We will guide you directly to an exam room to help protect others. For urgent but non-emergency issues, notify our reception team so we can do our best to prioritize scheduling.

Virtual Appointments

We offer secure virtual and telehealth appointments to all patients across B.C in order to provide accessible care. Your initial visit with your Naturopathic Doctor and follow-up visits may be done virtually. All new patients must attend their second consultation in clinic after their initial intake (virtual or in-person) in order to complete a physical exam and initiate a care plan. Follow-up appointments may be in person, by video, or by phone depending on your needs and preferences. If a concern requires hands-on assessment or physical examination, we may recommend an in-person visit.

For virtual visits, you'll receive a reminder 30 minutes prior. Please ensure you have a stable connection, functioning audio/video, and a quiet, private space. For phone consultations, make sure your device accepts blocked calls. While we aim to stay on schedule, occasionally your doctor may be delayed if extended care was required for another patient prior to your visit. We appreciate your patience as appointment times are approximated to the best of our ability. Your Naturopathic Physician will let you in from the virtual waiting room when they are ready to start your appointment.

Diagnostic & Health Screening with Individualized Treatment Plans

We have access to a wide range of laboratory testing and imaging including x-ray and ultrasound to support diagnostic evaluation and preventive screening. Testing is private pay and may be covered by extended health plans depending on individual coverage. 

Neuroaffirming & Trauma Informed Care

We are committed to providing neuroaffirming naturopathic care for patients of all ages. When requested or clinically appropriate, appointments can be adapted with flexible communication styles, sensory-aware environments, and trauma-informed approaches to help make care more accessible and supportive.

Sexual Health and Reproductive Care

Our team offers inclusive sexual health care for all genders, including STI testing and treatment, contraception counselling and prescribing within scope, and respectful, affirming physical exams.
