Medical Receptionist – Part-Time (Naturopathic MOA)

We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Naturopathic Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our front desk team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic health care environment and values helping others feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greeting and checking in patients

• Managing appointment bookings and schedules via JaneApp

• Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries

• Processing payments and direct billing

• Assisting practitioners with administrative support

• Maintaining a calm, organized front desk environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Prior experience in medical or office admin is an asset

• Interest in holistic or naturopathic healthcare is a bonus

Registered Massage Therapist or Physiotherapist – Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or Physiotherapist (PT) to join our integrative care team. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate practitioner who thrives in a collaborative setting and wants to grow their practice in a supportive clinic with a strong referral network.

What We Offer:

• Independent contractor model (set your own schedule)

• Flexible hours – part-time or full-time available

• Professional front desk support 6 days/week

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered and in good standing with their respective BC regulatory college (CMTBC or CPTBC)

• Client-centered, communicative, and collaborative

• Comfortable working with a variety of health concerns alongside naturopathic doctors and other providers

We are currently welcoming a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated practitioner looking for a room rental or shared space within a busy, established clinic. You'll enjoy a welcoming environment where integrative care and respectful collaboration are at the heart of what we do.
