We now carry Preseed.‘Fertility-friendly’ Pre~Seed® relieves vaginal dryness without harming sperm or embryos and is less irritating than leading lubricants. Applying Pre~Seed inside the vagina can supplement natural secretions involved in reproduction, including fertile fluids. We also carry pregnancy test and ovulation test strips at wholesale pricing.
Naturopathic Fertility Care
Dr. Natasha Montroy, ND, and Jody Watson, Registered Clinical Counsellor are members of the Infertility Awareness Association of Canada (IAAC) and The Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS). They have been offering care for couples trying to conceive both naturally and with assisted reproductive treatments for over 6 years. Our clinic offers preconception treatments for couples trying to conceive and for couples struggling with infertility.Preconception treatments help to ensure that each potential parent is in optimal reproductive health, with a healthy body terrain, ideal for the creation of a healthy baby. Dr. Montroy will treat with both partners utilizing:
-fertility nutrition -botancial medicine
-homeopathy -acupuncture
-detoxification
-IM or IV nutritional therapy
-fertility counselling
-fertility cycle awareness training
Jody Watson, RCC will work with both individuals and couples to help guide them through the difficult journey of infertilty. Our team works in conjunction with conventional medical fertility treatments such as IUI, IVF and ICSI to help improve chances of pregnancy. Acupuncture and other treatments are offered pre and post IUI and IVF.
Once pregnancy has been achieved, Dr. Montroy and Jody Watson can transition you into our Well Pregnancy Program ensuring a healthy, natural pregnancy. Our program includes management of all pregnancy related ailments, complete on call labour/delivery care in collaboration with your maternity doctor or midwife, postpartum care, nutritional and herbal lactation support and introduction of your new baby into our Well Child Program.
Fertility Programs
We will work in collaboration with your medical fertility specialist offering protocols to better support assisted reproductive therapies such as fertility drugs, IUI, IVF, and ICSI and other treatments to optimize the chances of conceiving. Numerous studies on specific nutrients, botanical medicines, homeopathics and acupuncture treatments have been shown to improve fertility rates.

- Fertility peer support to all of our fertility patients while maintaining your confidentiality

- Referral to primary maternity care (MD or midwife) and continuation of prenatal Naturopathic care when pregnancy is achieved

Fertility Acupuncture Only:
Cost: Initial Session $130 plus HST Follow-up acupuncture treatments $80 plus HST per session. Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture have treated both female and male infertility for over two thousand years.We offer acupuncture for both women and men trying to achieve a pregnancy to help regulate cycles, improve sperm health, treat women's and men's health conditions and to prepare the body for pregnancy. We are happy to work in conjunction with Medical ART such as IVF and IUI to help support treatments and improve success rates.
On-Call Pre / Post IUI / IVF Acupuncture:
Cost: $225 plus HST (current patients) $260 plus HST (non patient) per three treatments (3 scheduled treatments).

Fertility Care Packages
Female infertility may be caused by many factors including hormone imbalance, tubal or uterine disorders, cervical disorders, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, ovulation abnormalities, age or stress. We will work with you and your partner to help diagnose the cause of infertilty and work with you to improve your chances of natural conception or ART. Naturopathic care includes initial visits and a twelve week, intensive treatment program consisting of weekly acupuncture treatments, nutrition and exercise plan, massage, mind body medicine, homeopathic and fertility specific supplement plan, and vitamin injections. Additional costs may include hormone and health laboratory testing, supplements, homeopathic medicines and botanical medicines. Treatments may be paid on a per visit basis or prepaid as a treatment package.
Women's Fertility Package
Cost: $1900 plus HST
Includes the initial two visits and a twelve week, intensive treatment program consisting of weekly acupuncture and mind-body relaxation treatments, two fertility counselling session with our infertility counsellor, a detoxification program, a lifestyle and nutritional plan, a homeopathic and supplement treatment plan, and weekly vitamin injections. Cost includes basic female hormone testing, general health laboratory test panel, vitamin injections and a three month supply of botanical medicine. Cost of supplements and homeopathics additional.
Women's IUI/IVF Supportive Package
Cost: $950 plus HST
Includes the initial two visits, six fertility follow-up visits which includes an intensive treatment program pre IUI and or IVF consisting of acupuncture and mind-body relaxation treatments, a detoxification program, a lifestyle and nutritional plan, and a homeopathic and supplement plan. Package includes Pre and post IUI/IVF acupuncture and one fertility counselling session with our infertility counsellor. Cost of supplements, laboratory testing, botanical medicines and homeopathics additional.
Men's Fertility Care Package
Cost: $1100 plus HST
Includes initial two visits and a 12 week intensive treatment program which consists of weekly acupuncture treatments, a nutritional treatment plan, stress reduction and exercise program, a homeopathic protocol and a male factor specific fertility supplement plan. Additional costs may include hormone and general health laboratory testing, supplements, homeopathic medicines and botanical medicines.
Couples Fertility Package
Cost: $2100 plus HST
Includes initial two visits for both partners and an 12 week, intensive treatment program consisting of weekly acupuncture treatments for both partners including an individualized detoxification program for both partners, a nutritional plan, stress reduction and exercise plans individualized for both male and female fertility concerns, a homeopathic and supplement plan. Cost of supplements, laboratory work and homeopathics additional if required.
Fertility Counselling $90 per session plus HST
$475 plus HST includes six 60 minute sessions (individual or couples)
Our clinical counselor Jody Watson (RCC) is trained in Infertility counselling and is a  member of the Canadian Infertility and Andrology Society (CFAS) and the Infertility Awareness Association of Canada (IAAC). Jody has a personal understanding of how dealing with infertility can be one of the most heartbreaking experiences a person or couple can go through. "Infertility can be all consuming, create feelings of isolation, and cause barriers and tensions in intimate relationships, this is why counselling is so critical during this very stressful time"
Common experiences in infertility include:
