Your first patient consultation at our clinic is up to 1 hour for children or up to 1 1/2 hours for adults, in which a complete personal, medical and family history are taken. Please bring in any supplements or medications you are taking as well as any relevant laboratory results or imaging study results you may have. Your second visit consists of a complete physical exam and a recommendation for relevant laboratory testing relating to your healthcare complaint(s). For female patients, complete gynecological healthcare is included. Once we have completed the physical exam, applicable lab work and have obtained any or all of your previous health records, we will work with you to devise an individualized treatment plan is then customized to fit your specific condition and needs. Follow-up visit length and frequency rate varies depending on your case and any treatments that are required. Prior to arriving for your first appointment, please contact our receptionist for instructions on how to enter our Patient Login Site located on the top right hand corner of this website. Free parking is located at the clinic. House calls are available for labour/delivery integrative care, if you are unable to leave your home, or if you are in a residence, hospital, or institution.
