Your first Naturopathic patient consultation at our clinic is up to 1 hour for children or up to 1.5 hours for adults, in which a complete personal, medical and family history are taken. We review with you all the medications and supplements you are currently taking thus we ask that you bring them in. In addition, please bring any relevant laboratory results or medical documentation you may have. Your second visit consists of a complete physical exam and a recommendation for relevant laboratory testing relating to your healthcare complaint(s). For female  patients, complete gynecological healthcare is included. Once we have completed the physical exam, applicable lab work and have obtained any or all of your previous health records, we will work with you to devise an individualized treatment plan is then customized to fit your specific condition and needs. Follow-up visit length and frequency rate varies depending on your case and any treatments that are required.
Your first counselling or massage therapy appointment at our clinic will be 1-1.5 hours in length.
Prior to arriving for your first appointment, please contact our receptionist for instructions on how to enter our Patient Login Site located on the top right hand corner of this website. Our receptionist will then assign you the password required for access. Please read the Patient Welcome Letter, fill out the Patient Intake Form (Adult, Pediatric, Massage or Counselling) and any other forms that relate to your visit. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to your first appointment so that you can fill out the required consent forms, browse our natural product store and enjoy a warm cup of tea. Free parking is located at the clinic.
House calls are available for labour/delivery integrative care, if you are unable to leave your home, or if you are in a residence, hospital, or institution. We also offer onsite, corporate healthcare programs including weightloss plans, smoking cessation programs and immune support treatments. Please call for further details.
