Welcome to our Clinic. To book an appointment with one of our practitioners, please contact reception @ 250-881-1806. Prior to arriving for your first appointment, please ask our receptionist for the password to allow you access to our Patient Login Site located on the top right hand corner of this website. This page contains our required Naturopathic patient intake forms so that you can fill these forms out in the comfort of your home prior to your arrival. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first appointment so that you can fill out the required consent forms, browse our natural product store and enjoy a warm cup of tea. Free parking is located at the clinic.

Naturopathic Medicine

Your initial consultation with one of our Naturopathic Doctors will be approximately 1 hour for children and up to 1.5 hours for adults. During this visit, your Doctor will complete a personal, medical and family history and review with you all medications and supplements that you are currently. We ask that you please bring any relevant laboratory results, medications or supplements to this appointment.

Your second visit will consist of a complete physical exam, a recommendation for relevant laboratory testing relating to your healthcare complaint(s) and the commencement of a treatment plan. For female patients, complete gynecological healthcare is included. Our Naturopathic Physician will work with you to devise an individualized treatment plan customized to fit your specific condition and needs. Follow-up visit length and frequency rate varies depending on your case and any treatments that are required.

Clinical Counselling and Registered Massage Therapy

Your first counselling appointment will be one hour in length. An initial massage therapy appointment with your therapist may range from 30 minutes -1.5 hours in length.

We offer onsite, corporate healthcare programs including weightloss plans, smoking cessation programs and immune support treatments. Please call for further details.

*The Vancouver Island Naturopathic Clinic has an elevator and is accessible to those with mobility difficulties and is wheelchair accessible.
*Home visits are available for those unable to attend the clinic due to health related concerns or mobility difficulties. Home visit fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact our reception during the clinics business hours the day prior to your scheduled appointment, we would be happy to reshedule it for a later date. If a cancellation is not received during clinic hours of the pevious business day prior to your appointment time you will be invoiced $40.00.
